The real estate registration process in Cyprus is significantly different from other European countries. It is carried out in two stages: signing a sales contract and obtaining a property deed, also known as a real estate registration certificate.
The deed of ownership is an official document confirming the ownership of real estate in the Republic of Cyprus. The ownership deed applies to all legally acquired property and includes information about the owner, location, and size of the property, as well as the registration number recorded in the Ministry of Land and Resources of Cyprus. After signing the contract, according to local law, the owner has the right to own and dispose of the property belonging to him. The acquisition of property rights deeds does not include the possibility of selling, mortgaging, or renting out real estate without the knowledge of the owner.
Our cooperation ensures the successful execution of real estate transactions without any risks:
The company is only established on websites with permanent ownership rights;
The construction of real estate can only begin after obtaining relevant building and planning permits;
The buyer receives a bank exemption for the purchased property;
The company guarantees to receive the final approval certificate.
Obtaining property rights deeds is the most important stage of property registration and the primary task for any real estate buyer in Cyprus. We understand the importance of this program and are prepared to carry out all necessary work in accordance with Cyprus law to ensure the smooth transfer of property rights.
